How do I link my ebay items to my website?

I have a cake supply resell business, and I am selling mostly on ebay. I have a small webpage, and I want to show the items on the site, but for one to buy them I want to link to my ebay store. How do I link the two manually (no auctiva, etc). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
