Do you have Ebay stock? I don't understand why you would care if they, Ebay, doesn't care. You're putting "way" too much energy into it. Besides it's not deceptive if that is what the claim is. If people will buy toast on there then why not information?</description>

You can sell information. If someone will buy it. It is not against Ebay policy to sell information. If has to say that its information only somewhere in the auction ad or ebay would have closed the auction. If Ebay has not closed then they are doing nothing wrong...What is the Ebay item # in question.....Thanks</description>
